Karina Aldredge is a mother, a plant person, a writer, a teacher, a space holder, and the creator of Sacred Elements and the Sacred Elements Guidebook. She teaches how to thrive in a new way while connecting with nature daily from inside your home. Karina is widely known for her time-lapse videos on TikTok, that reveal her house plants unfurling with the light. She also inspires people to connect with nature with the #handsontrees movement. 

In our interview, Karina shares with us how her work Sacred Elements was born from necessity and a desire for moments of tranquility and connectedness. She speaks to the therapeutic experience of being with and tending to plants - and how her voice and expressions change when she is speaking to the plants
