I am sitting in my bedroom on my bed actually, they say you shouldn't work in bed but I do. It's actually my favorite place to work. So0:39thank you for listening and being here.0:42I'm really excited to hang out and just share what's coming up what's showing up for me personally because I have so many moments in my days where I'm like, Oh, I would love to just talked about this or share this with you. And I honestly don't feel like going1:00Sitting down at a computer and typing it all out. So I decided why not just record some audio. And here we are.1:10Mostly, what's showing up right now is that1:17I've been stalked by a plant and this isn't the first time it's happened and I don't know if this has happened for you. I'm guessing it probably has... maybe it wasn't a plant that stalked you. Maybe it was an element or maybe it was a place or some symbol or something. But lately the past few weeks, I've been stalked by Laurel and I've been stalked by I will see if I can say these right.1:48Laurus nobilis the classic they Laurel of the Laurel family and also by Umbellularia1:59Californica, which is a California Bay Laurel, which is also in the Laurel family and2:07the way I know I've been stalked by them is it first started when my mom came to visit and she had these very high quality essential oils and I'm typically someone who's like just stayed away from essential oils for the most part very sparingly used them and2:28she had just taken a class from this man who goes around the world sourcing high quality essential oils in2:36right relationship with the people on the earth and she these very high quality oils and so I was like okay, I will be willing to play with them. I did a body test I just asked my body yes or no Is this something you want to engage with? And I tested each oil she had and the one that came out of the very clear Yes, everything was a no except for this one oil and it was the Laurel oil.3:00Laurus3:02nobilis3:04the classic Laurel. So I smelled it.3:09Ah, I just felt this infusion of the yes energy. And I felt this.3:18It's very clarifying feeling it is uplifting, brightening clarifying.3:25And I just felt this activation. And so I didn't take any further I just smelled it. And noticed what I noticed and then I invited the Laurel Spirit to come play with me in my day.3:38And so, then3:42after my mom left, I was3:45walking on a ridge top in the forest in the Santa Cruz Mountains here3:54and3:57I noticed the smell the sun was shining4:00It's a gorgeous day and some crisp vibrant smell just infused this one area on the trail.4:12It's like I know you, what are you? And I looked around and there was a laurel Tree California, a bay Laurel Umbellularia Californica.4:29So I greeted it and asked if I could pick a leaf and4:35crush the leaf and it was funky had a funky smell and it had that same crisp clear4:43like high vibrating notes as well. It's got like this funky, kind of earthy, funky smell and then these like high CRISPER notes.4:55So I just noticed that and basked in it played with that4:59scent and that feeling5:02and went about my way.5:06And then just the other day I was leaving a beautiful event had been very sacred womb healing ritual5:17hosted and led by Naomi love. And as I was about to leave, it had nothing to do with Bay Laurel. At the outset, there was no5:29laurel involved with any part that I had in this ritual or ceremony. I wasn't even thinking about it.5:37Right before I left, Naomi was like,5:40would you like some bay leaves Bay branches to take home? And I was Like, wait Bay Laurel? She's like, yes.5:50Bay Laurel, so5:53I was just actually kind of stunned and couldn't say anything for a second. I was like, Yes, please, of course. Thank you. So I brought them home.6:00These beautiful dried branches, just a couple of Bay laurel leaves. And so I've been researching6:10what is the Laurel? What is its mythology? And what are its uses medicinally and magically but before I did any research before I went and did the intellectual analytical routes of knowledge collection. I sat with three of the laurel leaves that I brought home.6:38I smelled them, I spoke to the laurel spirit. And I asked it actually I asked it have it right here.6:50I said6:53hello, I hear you. I see you.6:57Tell me more. Please keep speaking to7:00me through me. What do you want me to notice or witness? And it responded it wants me to witness its magic and medicine. And so I asked what is that?7:13And as I was drifting to sleep,7:16mind you this meditation was before sleep. I decided to put three laurel leaves under my pillow that night. And I felt transported I felt a feeling of legacy, freshness.7:31And then I had this awareness of something, something I've known already and spoken about and lived.7:41But it was a visceral full body full knowing7:48that the plants that we connect with are the lenses through which we7:56expand and shift our perception8:02And I love that when I asked Laurel for some insight, and just what did it want me to know? what it did is it actually brought into focus an answer to a question that I had been asking a question around. Actually, I'm rebranding, so it's revealed here, I'm rebranding. I've been asking questions around this rebranding around what is the lens, the specific what are the specific lenses through which8:30I am to be perceiving and co creating and sharing in this rebranding, refocusing.8:40And I've known that nature spirits and plants and elements are part of it. And I've known that cultivating personal connections and relationships with these8:53beings is part of it but9:00Having this visceral clarifying from this connection with and perception through the Laurel really brought it home for me about what I am to be doing and being and sharing and amplifying in the world moving forward.9:22So I guess I didn't plan on this. I just kind of dove in to see where we would go but I guess this is a good time to share that. Yes, I am rebranding and dream freedom beauty9:33is becoming something new, something different, something more focused and honed it also something expanded. And this has been in the works for a long while, actually, almost.9:49The energy of it started to come through about a year ago. And the clarification of it started to come through six months ago and the actual tangible anchoring of it10:00came through three months ago. So10:04it's about to be birthed. And10:10in it we are going to be focusing on and exploring more deeply and more intimately how plants are the lenses10:20through which, when we connect with them and view a situation a question or an idea through their lens through their guidance through their awareness and their energy and their patterns, our perception shifts, our awareness is expanded.10:38And it's so weird. I mean, I've known this and done this and lived this and I literally channel plants and share that with you all.10:46But just to have it said, and to have it transmitted so clearly,10:52with this relationship with the Laurel10:56and to see it here, it suddenly made so much sense11:00Everything else came into focus around what way I will be co creating podcasts and videos and courses and whatever else is coming through to share with you to help you also connect and amplifying and attune to plants as lenses, to plants as allies, the plants as living spirit beings with whom which you can connect with and co create with and collaborate with and play with and shift with and be made different with.11:39So11:43honestly, I love the plants. I'm starting with the plants but I see this also being shared as11:51mountains as lenses, places as lenses.11:57elements as lenses.12:00The way that we perceive through these different lenses is through intimate direct cultivation of connection and relationship with these beings12:10on an energetic level, and if possible physical level.12:17And really what does it mean to cultivate relationships? That's something I've been sitting with for many years now and12:25really excited to dive deeper into this. So here we are12:3212 minutes into this audio newsletter have a12:38message transmission, and I didn't know where it would go. I know I just wanted to dive in. It's very beautiful. So21:24what is sharing creating heaven on earth? It's happening and I think that's so fitting for what I shared today too is that21:33heaven on earth? What is it? What does it mean to you?21:40To me, it means we are21:44actually anchoring our truth and our love and our beauty into our lives into our daily lives into21:56our choices and our actions. We're learning22:00How to clearly perceive our truths. make choices aligned with those truths and take actions aligned with those truths. And those truths are rooted in love. Truth, I believe, is rooted in love, even if it's a truth that's hard to swallow,22:18or may appear to be a challenge.22:22When you're following that truth, that thing that says22:29the risk22:31is worth it. Because22:35to not do this would be22:41would be to crush my soul.22:44That is a truth. There's so many truths actually, there's as many truths as there are people.22:52But22:54when you're able to access that and choose that and be that23:00You are essentially standing for and creating truth in your life and rooting truth and love into your life and into the earth, through your choices and through your actions. And one of the most powerful ways I've ever learned23:19to attune to my truths and to learn what love is,23:25is through connecting with plants in direct, intimate personal connection and relationship. And the plants and nature have been my greatest teachers and portals of perception for perceiving truth in my body, in my spirit, in my knowing23:49and so cultivating these direct relationships with plants, to me,23:56is a portal of creating heaven on earth.24:00For fun, let's see what the little booklet says.24:05Let's see.24:07I always like to do an intuitive read before.24:12Reading whatever someone's written about something. So I've never pulled this card before actually, it's definitely a card for the collective.24:21Lemuria or mu is one of the Earth's last lands where heaven really was a place on Earth. A time before we were kicked out of the garden of Eden. Lemuria life worked in harmony all beings were seen as equal and we are deeply reverent to Mother Earth.24:38I knew that a mosquito was no worse than us and the sun no better. Perhaps you to believe that heaven really can be a place on Earth. Perhaps you are a part of the transition team who at soul level are devoted to creating this kind of harmony on the planet now, thank you for wanting to do this work. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the state of affairs on the planet right now. But you are being encouraged25:00Keep holding the clear vision of the future it is closer than you think.25:06You may be guided to hold the frequency of Lemuria in your own community, family, workplace or within yourself. Know that it is possible. And while at times it may feel like you are alone, you truly are not. There are hundreds of thousands who hold codes of this ancient loss land and even memory of crystals that hold the codes of remembering that are beginning to rise all over the planet.
