Herbal Popsicle Recipe by Mother Mountain Herbals

I'm obsessed with how delicious these are, and if you add fresh mint leaves, you'll be left with a refreshing feel in your mouth. I *might have* added just a little more honey than the recipe calls for, so taste it and adjust to your liking. Enjoy!Ingredients:2 TBS Wild & Weedy Tea1 cup near boiling water1 TBS + 1 tsp Honey1 tsp lime juiceOptional (and highly recommended):6 slices cucumber (sliced thin)FRESH edible flowers (I used chamomile)FRESH mint leaves --> Use fresh, not dried. You don't want to bite into crispy herbs. Trust me.Steps:Pour near-boiling water over the loose leaf tea. Brew 30 minutes. Strain.Stir honey and lime juice into tea.Place 2 of each cucumber, edible flowers, mint leaves into your Popsicle mold.Pour the brewed tea in.Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.Run hot tap water over the mold to for easy removal of popsicles from mold.Makes 3 popsicles depending on your mold. Double or triple recipe for more.Click here to read the recipe on the original post by @MotherMountainHerbals
