Life is a journey of blossoming, learning, and exploring.

As we travel along our paths, there are many blessings to be found, but we also encounter challenges, stress, and traumatic situations. These wounds build up over time, creating tension and distrust within ourselves, leading to feeling powerless, tired, and helpless in life.

In turn, we often feel we can’t shine as our truest, most radical selves.
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Sunder Ashni will help navigate pain and discomfort, through finding islands of safety, health, and ease in our own bodies.

Utilizing principles and practices of EFT and Somatic Experiencing™, we will balance the body and nervous system by inviting grounding, presence, observation, and gentle movement into our lives. We will use curiosity as the guiding principle to bring awareness to sensations within the physical, mental and emotional bodies, as we explore ways to honor discomfort and tension, while still being able to access peace and ease.
