We cohabit Earth with an infinite number of nature spirits, ancestors, trees, mountains, and waters; they speak to us through energy and subtle messages, seeking to connect and support us in our growth.
When we maintain this connection, we can deepen our relationship with the Earth and the realms of nature, helping to heal all beings in the process.
This relationship goes both ways– when we tune into the frequency of the Earth to work in partnership with these spirits, we can assist in clearing and releasing old trauma held in the land, improving the health of our environment and the people around us.
People often think we don't have the ability to shift or change the energy in the land, and that some places are just better or worse than others. But we are surrounded by benevolent spirits of the land who are eager to partner with humans to improve the energy in our homes and communities!

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Amy Dempster helps in understanding the healing power of the Earth.
What began as openly sharing her spiritual journey on her blog Following Hawks has become a resource for others wanting to learn how to communicate with nature and share their own unique healing gifts with the Earth.
Together with the Spirits of the Land in northwest Montana, she leads the Earth Tenders Academy, an immersive online journey to help others reconnect with their ancient ancestors, learn to communicate with the seen and unseen forces in their environment, and respectfully offer their healing energy to places in need.
Amy is also the host of The Earth Keepers podcast.
