Meditation:
It turns out that there is not an mp3 for this meditation, but it's super simple. You can very easily do this!
Crystals (Use clear quartz in place of any stones you don't have):
Root Chakra: red garnet
Sacral Chakra: carnelian
Solar Plexus Chakra: citrine
Heart Chakra: Malachite
Throat Chakra: Sodalite
Third Eye Chakra: Scapolite or (amethyst)
Crown Chakra: Clear Quartz
Meditation as follows:
Take 5 deep breaths and hold root chakra crystal in left hand for 2-5 min.
Focus your energy on your root chakra, pay attention to your energy.
What’s coming up for you? What do you see, hear, smell, etc. (journal it when you’re done).
Place root chakra stone in right hand and pick up the sacral chakra stone in your left.
Repeat process until finished with all stones.
After purchase cleanse crystals:
Wash with running cold water 5 min On a plate cover with salt 1 hour or so.
Then take crystals outside and place on the ground/earth for 1 hour.

About the Instructors : Rasia Pouncie
Rasia Pouncie was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the youngest of three children and was raised by her father, who was a man of many modalities, being an activist, acupuncturist, reiki master, and astrologer. With desire and importance, Rasia knew early on that spiritual work was a part of her path, long before her father initiated her at the age of 23 years old. Her Great Grandmothers and Grandmothers from both sides of her family tree were also Spiritualist.
Rasia has served her community since 2003 through her holistic and spiritual services and is currently working towards her masters degree to become a (LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor, all while being a full-time mother of five.
