— virtual Workshop —
Just like plants have medicinal properties that nourish and heal, animals offer energetic medicine as well. They can help us find inspiration, direction, connection, and insight. We can draw from the wisdom and way of being of an animal’s medicine to remind us of our power and inform our own journey of coming into balance and wholeness.
This online workshop centers on the medicine of the animals we share a world with, its innumerable applications, and shows us ways to acknowledge it in our daily lives. Our journey will culminate in a visualization that deepens our relationship with the Fauna, where you will encounter the animal guides that are supporting you on your current path.

Meet Your Guide
Kristen is an intuitive human, communicating with the Animals in form and spirit. She began remembering her ability to communicate with the animal kingdom in 2015. Her teachers ranged from lineage communicators to resident Orca of the Salish Sea and Tibetan Yaks dwelling in the foothills of her Kentucky home. Her curiosity and heart for this work haven’t waned since. The animals (fauna) prompted Kristen to explore further applications of telepathy, the nature of energy, and other abilities that were dormant. She witnessed that regenerative change starts from within and that all of the solutions we seek on Earth, from conservation to connection, are available to us when seeking them from a place of love and receptivity. The inseparability of human and animal sovereignty is the cornerstone of her work, facilitating both dialogue and action that assists in balancing ourselves, our relationships, and our ecosystems.
